Final pricing and service scope may change if actual conditions differ materially from the information originally provided.

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service addresses, property access instructions, and relevant cleaning requirements.

4. SMS Text Messaging Program

American Maid Cleaning Services offers an optional SMS text messaging program for customers and prospective customers who provide the appropriate consent.

By opting in to receive SMS communications from Maid to Sparkle LLC, DBA American Maid Cleaning Services, you agree to receive text messages at the mobile phone number you provided, consistent with your selected communication preferences.
